Experimental trademark monitoring system

Developed and iterated over several months, this experimental trademark monitoring system arose from a simple question: how to reduce noise without losing sensitivity. Over time, the tool began to offer a more useful reading in practice, by more accurately identifying truly relevant matches and better omitting those similarities that, although detectable by an automatic system, do not represent a substantive trademark risk. Its logic was refined especially for Spanish and for analysis patterns closer to Latin American practice. Although the core initial focus was on trademark monitoring, the system has continued to grow toward a broader infrastructure: internal repository, deadline control, Mexican context declarations of use, renewals, and other modules designed from real practice needs. Some of these features remain under development, but the project's direction is clear: to build a more integral tool, aligned with how a firm actually works.
